Thanks for the reply. Can you send me an image or list of the options you currently have? If any Windows updates have occurred the software may have been modified. Click Here then click the + sign beside utility diagnostic tools, download and run the print and scan doctor to eliminate any simple software issues that may be present. The full feature software can be accessed, Here if needed.
