I used the P/S Doctor. It said I needed a patch from 2008. As many times as I have downloaded drivers from the HP website for other issues, I would think they latest drivers would include that patch. Too soon to tell if everything is fixed as it was an intermittent problem. Thank you for the help. The dr found something, and that is better than the message that there are no problems.
