I am in need of assistance. I just hooked up and installed the software for my deskjet 3050A yesterday. All the printing and eprinting functions work great, however, the scan option says: "Computer Not Found. Ensure the HP software has been installed on the computer." I am not sure what to do from here. I am using it over my wifi connection. However, I also tried it with the printer plugged into my MacBook Pro directly. I am currently running the most recent update. (unsure of the number). Please advise.
