You're a genius :)
This fix worked for me after trying everything else first. However, my first fix only lasted for a moment then the error message returned. When I went in to take another look, I found that one of the small wheels that carries the light bar had fallen off. After snapping the wheel back into place (it was obvious where it came from), I'm back in biz :)
It's a huge plus that I didn't have to ditch the $100 in ink I have stashed.
