(HP Officejet Pro 8600 N911a ) Fax to network folder error - no applicable

Dear all,

We have got a HP Officejet Pro 8600 N911a printer , it is used to recieved Fax to network folder.

When testing time, this function is normal to recieve fax and create PDF to that network folder, but pass maybe 1 day,

the fax log will show incoming fax is not save or not applicable. We are already update the lasetest firmware. But error keep excess. Anybody have idea?
