I have struggled for Weeks with HP6500 copy panel buttons not responding, I saw your suggestion to Ricovtx and tried it. The #6 worked for me. BIG Kudos! I had ordered a Brother Laser since nothing I tried with my HP worked . . . WORKING NOW.
