Tried %temp% in run field and could not find the 7z folder you were referring to. Also scanned whole system for that folder, NOTHING..... Uninstalled all HP software and rebooted system. Deleted all temp files, etc. Ran update for Adobe Flash Player, which is part of Windows 8, for Windows 8.1. Rebooted system.... Checked for latest HP printer software for Office jet 7310 and confirmed I had the latest. Ran install software .... Tried to scan and after the first scan I got the same message again..... Bummer.... Is there a fix for this problem?????
