Re: HP Solution center scan function gives error that another process or whatever is using the devic

I already tried this process and the %temp% entry in the run dialog box only finds one folder that starts with 7z , but it does not contain what is specified in the link document. Is there some other way to get this done on Windows 8.1 that is different than WIndows 7 since the article was written for windows 7? HELP....
