I feel the pain and the frustration. I am tired of the lies and the "You are my priority" but nothing gets fixed. I'm doing my own investigation and trying to find the higher up the line. I purchased a new laptop pavillion Oct 13th so I could start school in March. Less than 20 days after purchase the power goes out. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with the tech taking battery in and out. Then he said he'd send me new hard drive or I could send me computer in for "complete dianostic" checkup. That is what I did. 2 weeks later I fimally got my computer back.
Less than 30 days later it does it again! Same thing. No power. I send it to the second level so the could run a "complete dianostic" checkup on it. I got it back in a week. 1 day later. It did it again. Now this is the 3rd time! I'm done. I want a new computer. My case manager said no problem. I wait and I wait. I hear nothing. Then when I do respond to them I get nothing in response back. Or I get excuses of why they didn't get my response. So I get supervisor Alex. He promises me to have a new computer by end of January. Now, I am 32 days away from classes and I have no working reliable new computer yet!!!! I am settling on whatever he said he was sending but it's not going to be to me in time for me to even register and get my books. Needless to say, I'm PISSED!!
