For not being able send a fax, I have included the document 'Faxing Over a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Service'. I included this to make sure that the fax is setup properly with your AT&T 2wire gateway.

If you are still having issues after this, I have included the document 'Cannot Send or Receive Faxes'. I know this is not the exact issue, but the steps will still help.

One last question that I do have for you, is the phone number that you are trying to fax a long distance number? If so, do you have long distance setup on your phone service?
