Welcome to the HP Forums! I understand you are unable to copy a document in color. Please follow this HP document on How to Copy A Document. To change the color, follow these steps:
- On the control panel, touch the Copy icon (

). The Copy screen displays. - Touch the screen. The Copy screen displays.
- Touch Start Black or Start Color
). The Copy screen displays.If this step doesn't work, then try Printing a Test Page. Let me know if this page has color ink.
