My printer works, but scanner doesn't anymore. It was working up to about 2 wks. ago. I have uninstalled, installed, used the disc, installed from the internet. Nothing works. I have called Brother they are saying the connection is being blocked. I have turned off all firewalls (at least the ones I'm aware of). Brother is saying it's not on their end, that it's the router that is blocking it. I haven't changed routers, I have a Netgear N-150 router. Please help.....
