Welcome to the HP Forums! I understand in the Solution Center you do not have 'Scan to File" anymore. Please follow this HP document on A 'No Scan Options' or 'Scan settings are not set' Message Displays on the All-in-One. Let me know if you are able to change the scan settings in the Solution Center.
Also, how is this printer connected? Wireless or USB?
