Hi UniProg, I used that link and that's how I found out I was missing WIA, HP TWAIN SCAN and HP flow Manager. When I try to access my scanner after downloading these it gives me two options to choose from, HP officejet 7300 series twain and HP officejet 7300 series twain#2. I do not know what any of those things mean, do you?
