With the default being set to 8.5x11.7, I would like to know what settings you do have selected.
1. The setting that you do have is it set to A4?
2. What happens if you change it to US Letter?
3. If you scan with US Letter selected, and then close/relaunch the software. Is the default still showing as the US Letter?
