For the printer hanging when trying to copy, please follow through the steps below.
1. Hard reset the printer. With the printer turned on unplug the power cord from the back of the unit, as well as the wall outlet. Leave the printer unplugged for sixty seconds. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet, and then into the back of the printer. If the printer does not turn on, please turn the print. Are you able to make a copy after this?
2. Next is to make sure that the firmware is up to date. I have included the document 'Getting the Latest Firmware and Product Updates'. Are you able to make a copy after this?
3. Try plugging the printer direct to a wall outlet in another room. Are you able to make a copy after this?
4. Are you able to scan a document?
