I see you are having scan errors. I would be happy to try and help you with these errors, but first need a little more information on your computer and printer configuration. Also, if you're using Windows, please include whether your operating system is 32-bit or 64-bit. With this information and the product number I can provide you with accurate information.

Which Windows operating system am I running?
Is the Windows Version on My Computer 32-bit or 64-bit?
If you could also include whether you printer is connected with a USB cable or a wireless connection, that would be quite helpful.
