I'm unable to resolve the inconsistent crooked scan issue that I'm experiencing with my new HP Pro MFP M477fdw printer. I've tried cleaning the wheels that are in the center of the ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) with no improvement. It seems to go in straight, but somehow gets skewed (slightly but noticably) at the bottom of the scanned document.
Ie... the top part of the replicated document is square and lines up very close to the original, but the bottom right is skewed or slanted and sits 5 or 6 mm lower on the page. It becomes progressively worse when scanning multiple pages.
Please help as this is a nighmare to have to manually load each document on the flatbed glass, which is the only option to get a straight scan at the moment.
