It seems like you're having a software issue with the PC, and need some serious clean up. Clean up, meaning making sure everything is uninstalled and removed from the registry. It seems like there still is some part of the drivers remaining on the PC.
I would suggest calling HP @8004746836, they can remote in your PC and clean everything out for you.
Until then, you can use paint.
