Scan to email won't use address book

I have a Laserhet 276nw (pro 200).  I have setup some users in the scan to email addressbook, and I have an email account that is used to SEND FROM in the Outgoing E-mail Profiles.

The scanner will not let me choose a recipient from the addressbook, and will only send it to the account that I have configured as the SEND FROM.

What am I missing here?
