I am attempting to scan and email documents to one particular address in another province. I send the message and they receive it on their computer, however, the attached scan is corrupted. They check the same message with their phones and have no issue viewing the attached scanned document. They receive numerous scanned documents from other sources and have no issues with these documents. I have sent the same document to others without issue (no corruption). Is there a setting I can change to enable their machine to read this document (ie reduce the security etc) ---- Sorry dealing with a person here with limited to no computer "savy"
