Firstly I'd like to clarify: I'm not working for any hardware or software vendor. That's the way Apple and Microsoft pass back a blame from users to other parties/vendors. They only say their new products a blah blah blah good. They've NEVER said "Please note, our products may not work with your existing equipments". Your printer has been working for ages and now stopped. Whose fault ! Apple, HP or you ?
