I have just started to reuse this printer / scanner after several months and have it set as the default printer. The print function works but the printer is not recognized when i try to do a scan. I ran the HP print doctor and when it was finished it offered the option to do a test scan and that worked but the printer still won't come up in the list of available printers when i try the normal scan function.
