We have a photosmart 7520 that we are having trouble with faxes. The printer is on a dedicated fax line using the cord supplied. When the unit goes into sleep mode we lose all capability to fax or receive faxes. The only way we can get back up is to manually shut off the printer and turn back on. This is totally unacceptable as we cannot receive incoming faxes.
Is there a way to totally shut off the sleep or low power mode?
